How to use lip liner

Is lip liner only for lip lining? For a long time, the answer was "yes". In fact, lip liner is not only used to outline the lip line, but also to apply the entire lip.

Outline the upper lip with lip liner and then apply lipstick to the entire lip to get a non-shine and non-flaking lip look. Apply to lips from top to bottom.

Generally speaking, lip liner has two main uses: on the one hand, to create a perfect lip shape, and on the other hand, to prevent the lipstick from blending. However, makeup artists believe that the quality of lipsticks is quite good and basically does not blend easily, so creating the perfect lip shape is the key to using lip liner. In the past, we always advocated using a lip liner that was darker than the lipstick, and the result was that some women's lips would leave very incongruous lip liner marks after the lipstick faded or peeled off, and even the lips looked swollen, which greatly reduced the image.

The solution to the problem is simple, first sketch out the lip line, and then use the lip liner to gently apply a layer of base color to the entire lip liner, so that when your lip gloss or lipstick color fades, there is no noticeable difference between your lips and the lip line. When it comes to choosing a lip liner color, you should choose a lip liner that is closer to the color of your lips rather than a lip liner that is similar to the color of your lipstick, so that it looks more natural.
