This is a dual-ended eyeliner pen. One end gives you a precise line, the other end gives you a softer, smudged look - two effects from one tool.

• One end is for precision. You can draw a sharp, clean line along your lash line. The tip is fine enough to get close to the lash roots without poking your eye.

  The other end is for softening and blending. You can smudge the line out for a smoky effect, or use it to fill in between your lashes. It's the same formula on both ends, but the different tips give you different results.

Most dual eyeliners give you two colors. This one gives you two techniques - precision and smudge. You don't need to carry a separate brush or smudger. The second end does the blending for you.
